Having refined his approach to coaching teams over several years – measuring the results and impact, Dean is able to offer a series of robust and on-point interventions that will help achieve your end game (whatever it is). The evaluation of these results has determined a process that takes the very best hallmarks and behaviours of high performing teams and enables it to be used as a benchmark for measuring your team.

Demanding honesty via his ‘fitness check’, Dean’s facilitation helps assess your teams focus, processes and relationships within - what he calls the three critical success factors. This fitness check determines the teams current level of maturity and trends/behaviours that are impacting on performance both positively and negatively. Dean then works with the team to construct a ‘better way to play’. Improvements noted by clients as a result of his team interventions include:

  • A heightened level of understanding of individuals within the team – motivations and values
  • Higher personal levels of self-awareness and social awareness (impact on others)
  • Quicker, bolder decision-making processes
  • Eradication of unhealthy dysfunctions

Clearly the diagnostic stage is a critical first step – dictating the objectives and content of the intervention(s). No ‘library list’ of potential content and topics for the intervention(s) follows for this very reason. The most important aspect is understanding specifics of where you are right now and what you are trying to achieve. A studious and deliberate diagnostic enables the effective measurement of progress at the end of the intervention(s).

HOW MUCH IS IT?

Investment £1,895 + vat per intervention (includes scoping / design fees).
Expenses are in addition. Please note that this rate applies to assignments in the UK only.
