Thrive is highly acclaimed for its Career Annulus© - a formula for achieving and sustaining high-level success, and the result of 5-years of pragmatic research and evaluation. This acclaim led Dean to design his Career Mastery Talent Coaching Programme. This programme is used by a number of clients to engage, grow and retain their top talent.
Boasting an enviable client list that includes several Forbes ‘The Global 2000’ and ‘World’s Best Employers’ (including Samsung, Allianz, Avis, HSBC and Barclays amongst others), Dean is experienced in working within the private, public and third sector, across many different industries and many different cultures. His assignments take him overseas and he has extensive experience of working across Europe, Africa, America, the Middle-East and Asia.
Aside from coaching individuals, teams and boards, Dean is currently the Chairperson of The Wheelchair Football Association (The WFA), and a member of The Football Association (The FA) Disability Football Committee. Dean has also served as a non-executive Director at Welsh Gynastics, Chairperson for a non-league football club, and as Trustee for a leading international children’s charity.
